Product Description
Innovex Fusion is a non-explosive ammonium nitrate base emulsion. It is a Class 5.1 oxidizing agent with UN classification number 3375.
Application
Innovex Fusion can be sensitized with a gassing agent or mixed with ANFO to manufacture varied explosive bulk emulsions for opencast blasting applications.

Guidelines for Use
When manufacturing explosive bulk emulsion all products have to be mixed in the accurate ratio to ensure optimum performance.
Priming and Initiation
Innovex Fusion can be detonated once mixed with ANFO or sensitizer.
Handling and Storage
Innovex Fusion is a pumpable emulsion available in bulk for use with mobile processing units (MPUs). Repeated pumping of the product, the pump speed and type of pump used can increase viscosity and decrease shelf life.
Innovex Fusion must be stored and secured in accordance with relevant local and national regulations. It can be stored for 3 months before use. If there is any concern with the product quality, please contact your BME technical representative.
Shelf Life
The maximum recommended shelf life for Innovex Fusion is 12 weeks under ideal storage conditions. Shipping or transportation conditions and temperature may affect this period.
