Product Description

BME's Emulsion Transfer Cassette has been designed for the transfer of BME's Innovex from surface and/or underground emulsion storage site to the BME Emulsion Charging Unit.

  • Emulsion Tank Capacity: 3 000 kg (6 614 lb).
  • Emulsion Tank Material: Rotomolded LLDPE (Replaceable).
  • Transport System: Rail-bound, Trackless Vehicle Mounted, Telehandlers, etc.
  • On-Board Pumping System: Diaphragm Pump, Bowie Pump, etc.
  • Pump Drive System: Pneumatic and Hydraulic.
  • Compatible emulsions: Innovex UG Emulsions.

Guidelines for Use

System Usage

BME's Emulsion Transfer Cassette (TC) has been designed and built for underground conditions to transfer emulsion from the surface and/or underground emulsion storage area to the designated area of the BME Emulsion Charging Unit (ECU).

The Transfer Cassette is equipped with an on-board pump (pneumatic) to make the transfer of emulsion, from the TC to the charging unit, convenient for the operators. The TC can be (and is not limited to) rail-bound, mounted to a trackless vehicle or be used with a Telehandler.
