A custom-designed, Swiss-engineered microchip has a huge firing range and improves on all of the most important criteria. AXXIS Titanium detonators fire at <1 milli-seconds at the full firing range of 35 000 milli-seconds and <15 micro-seconds at delays below 5000 milli-seconds.

- Electronic module reduces energy consumption and ensures faster logging and programming of the detonators
Key Logger
- This single device controls testing of detonators, charging firing capacitors and firing for improved efficiency and control
- Only one key logger can be used per blast, for better security
- Operates wirelessly with the controller box, placing the operator in full control with every detail and control function from the key logger
- Automatically identifies and alerts the operator to intruders which could cause misfires
- Non-volatile detonator memory allows the user to identify and correct complicated blasting issues directly through the logger
- Information permanently written to the detonator can be accessed at any time via an AXXIS logger
- One-step logging and testing with simple fault-finding and correction
Trimble Logger
- Functions as logger and programmer, tester and key logger
- Simultaneous programming and testing, for each detonator – without having to open the connector
- Ability to programme before or after connecting to a trunk line
- Passive logging functionality
- Programming, testing and key-Logger functions are easy to access and intuitive to use
- Non-Volatile onboard memory
- Two bases of safety for complete control when programming and testing
- Correct complicated blasting issues including detonator elevation in the hole (top or bottom deck) and deck logging

Remote Antennae
- Wide range if 5 km line-of-site
- Includes repeaters to extend range for sites with multiple pits
- Frequency hopping modems prevent readers from interfering with each other when used in close proximity

- Multiple seam blasts with long delays between each seam
- 1 ms accuracy even at highest firing time
- Trim shots or presplits with precisely ordered hole firing times
- Fire large blasts to save on pit stoppage times or be assured of vibration and air blast control
